Browsing the site
viapora.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from the site itself. One technical flag is kept in your browser's session storage ("viapora-intro-seen") so the opening animation does not replay on every visit to the home page during the same browser session; it contains no personal data and disappears when the session ends. As with any website, the hosting infrastructure may record standard technical request logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operation. To limit abuse of the Contact form, the site's server keeps a short-lived counter of recent submissions per IP address in memory only (never written to disk, cleared within ten minutes); its technical logs record the outcome of each submission (for example: received, refused, timeout) with a truncated reference, never the content of the dossier.
What the Contact form collects
The form collects only what you choose to enter: your situation, company, website, name, role, business email, market, commercial context, readiness, the decision you are working on, and your consent. Nothing is sent while you move through the steps; the information stays in your browser page until you submit the final step.
Sending your inquiry
At the final step, the site's server checks the dossier but neither stores nor forwards it. The prepared dossier is then shown to you so that you can send it yourself by email (your own email program opens, addressed to mehdi@viapora.com) or copy it. Only the message you choose to send reaches VIAPORA. If you arrived through a link carrying campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), those values are included in the prepared dossier as technical attribution.
How it is used
Information received is used only to review your inquiry, prepare a possible first conversation and manage relevant follow-up. It is not sold, and it is not used for any other purpose without your knowledge.
No automated decision-making
VIAPORA does not run automated scoring, qualification or decision-making on submitted information. Every inquiry is reviewed by a person before any response.
Sharing
Information you submit is not published, shared publicly, or disclosed to third parties without your authorization, except where required by law.
Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and any resulting engagement, and is deleted on request.
